Movie voucher does not guarantee seating and can be exchanged for one (1) movie ticket at any of Shaw Theatres’ Box Office in Singapore only.
Movie voucher is valid for any movie (unless indicated otherwise) on all days and for any sessions at Shaw Theatres in Singapore during the validity period only.
Movie voucher is not valid for 3D, IMAX, Shaw Theatres premiere, Shaw Theatres Lumiere, Dreamers, and other ad hoc premium priced films i.e. Hindi/Tamil movies, Film Festivals, Movie Marathons or Movie Premieres.
Not valid for kiosk, online, mobile and corporate bookings.
Not more than 20 vouchers can be exchanged at the box office at any one time.
Regular Popcorn Combo Voucher can be exchanged for one (1) Regular Popcorn Combo (Includes 1 Regular Popcorn and 1 Regular Drink).
Regular Popcorn Combo Voucher is valid at any Shaw MovieBites outlets.
Movie and Regular Popcorn Combo voucher is strictly not for resale.
No refund will be given and this movie voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
Shaw Theatres Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any lost or stolen voucher.
Voucher is void upon expiry or when stated movie title ends its run.
Shaw Theatres Pte Ltd does not accept any damaged or defaced movie vouchers and no compensation, replacement or refund will be given.
Shaw Theatres Pte Ltd does not accept expired vouchers and strictly no revalidation is allowed.
Shaw Theatres Pte Ltd reserves the right to add, delete and/or vary any of these terms and conditions, at any time, at its absolute discretion.
In the event of dispute, Shaw Theatres Pte Ltd’s decision shall be final, conclusive and binding.
