SHAW ONLINE - Ticketing Terms & Conditions

  1. Customers are required to present the exact credit card used during online booking for collection of tickets at Shaw Theatres.
  2. All movie showdates and showtimes are correct as per published but are subject to changes without prior notice.
  3. Customers are required to follow all house rules and regulations at Shaw Theatres.
  4. Shaw Management reserves the right to refuse admission to patrons as well as to stop patrons from purchasing tickets over counters if eligibility conditions are not met. Patrons are reminded to check that they have met all eligibility conditions before they make any purchase and no cancellations or refunds of tickets shall be entertained under these circumstances.
  5. Children more than 0.9m in height will be required to purchase a ticket for admission.
  6. All online seats are subject to availability.
  7. There will be a surcharge of SGD$1.50 unless specified for online booking.
  8. There will be no senior citizen concessionary rate for online booking of tickets.
  9. Complimentary passes cannot be used on Shaw Online website.
  10. Maximum number of tickets allowed per transaction is 10 tickets.
  11. Shaw Website uses internet security standard 128bit SSL to encrypt sensitive information like credit cards and passwords to ensure confidentiality. However, all online transactions shall be carried out at patrons' own risk.
  12. Shaw Website uses an online payment gateway for real time verification and authorization. Acceptance of cards rest solely on the clearing bank’s discretion and Shaw Management has no control over what type of cards the bank will accept.
  13. All online tickets sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  14. All our goods/services will serve their intended functions.
  15. Shaw Website only accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, JCB and CUP (China Union Pay).
  16. All prices are nett. GST included.
  17. Shaw Management will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to our inability to deliver the services within the agreed time frame. Shaw Management will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
  18. Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Shaw Management takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
  19. We welcome your feedback. Should you feel dissatisfied with any of our goods or services, please contact us though the feedback form.
